Occasionally, we open the ranch for small, meaningful events that reflect the life of the land and the seasons. These may include seasonal gatherings, workshops, or celebrations tied to the rhythms of ranch life.
Ranch events are never about spectacle. They are about connection, learning, and spending time in a place that values presence over performance.
Details are shared thoughtfully and well in advance. Attendance is always limited.

At Pine Creek Ranches, gathering is an extension of how we live and work. When we open the ranch, it’s done with intention, guided by the season, the land, and the rhythm of life here.
We don’t host often. When we do, it’s because it feels right.
Farm Dinners

Farm dinners at Pine Creek Ranches are built around what the land provides and what the season allows. Meals are prepared simply and thoughtfully, highlighting food raised here and sourced from neighboring producers we trust.
These dinners are meant to be unhurried. Guests gather at long tables, share stories, and experience the ranch as it is, not staged or curated.
Seats are limited by design. When farm dinners are offered, they are shared in advance through our website and newsletter.
Future Stays

We believe some experiences can’t be replicated in a single afternoon.
In the future, we plan to offer a small number of overnight stays for those who wish to spend more time on the ranch, slowing down and living alongside the work and the land, even if only briefly.
These stays are still in the planning stages and will be developed carefully, with respect for privacy, land stewardship, and the working nature of the ranch.
When the time is right, more will be shared.
